1^st Production Meeting Minutes

March 8, 2012

5:27pm-6:25pm

Attended: Ismael, Mary Ellen, Ron, Rich, Tamar, Sherman (Late)

Missing: John A. (excused), Jessie (excused)

General:

Time Period 1970, 75, 80 and 2002.

1^st scene feel of 50's.

No strike/load in

Mary Ellen had a 3 hour meeting with John on set.

Graphics:

March 28- April 4 Rich leaving.

Rollin waves every five minutes.

Projector to be put in dead hang.

Cyc in rounded form to Juliet.

East coast.

1^st scene-5 in the afternoon to night

2^nd scene-9: 30 in the morning

3^rd scene-Hurricane around 5:30ish

4^th scene-same as 1^st.

Board deck on projection?

Projections more Stage right.

Schedule:

Rich 20 days to get together, if things need to be fixed Ron and Rodd will fix.

Will try to rush without set build.

Costumes:

Tamar to schedule a meeting about costumes.

Set/Paint:

Using small fridge in prop room.

Tamar looking for old stove/oven.

Rich has chairs ...OH wait "In-laws too."

Possible round table and put a board on top instead of WUD table.

Wicker furniture such as table etc.

Goes from wicker to plastic each scene change.

Pull Floral/decide when time.

Wants set to "blend in" but furniture to "stand out"

Possible sandy colors or seafoam greens and blues.

Stone walk way.

Flat deck (8ft)

Props:

1^st scene drinking glasses the same, by 3^rd scene mix match.

Dinah gets most suitcases, briefcase etc in 1^st scene.

Vernadette and Lexi no bags 1^st scene.

Lighting/FX:

Ron to fix phone ringer by or on the 19^th of March.

Sound:

Jessie and Mary Ellen are in communication.

Anything Additional:

We have plenty of crew, Thanks Ron.
